They’re perfect as an appetizer, a crunchy side for soups and salads, or even a party snack. With just a few simple ingredients, you can transform ordinary Ritz crackers into a savory, flavorful treat.

Ingredients

1 sleeve Ritz crackers (about 30 crackers)

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced (or ½ teaspoon garlic powder)

1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

½ teaspoon dried parsley (or 1 teaspoon fresh, finely chopped)

¼ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

¼ teaspoon black pepper

¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional, for extra flavor)

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.

2. Make the Garlic Butter Mixture

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic (or garlic powder), Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until well combined.

3. Coat the Crackers

Place the Ritz crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Using a pastry brush or spoon, evenly coat each cracker with the garlic butter mixture.

4. Bake

Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the crackers are golden and slightly crisp. Be careful not to burn them!

5. Cool & Serve

Let the crackers cool slightly before serving. Enjoy them as-is or with a side of marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or a creamy dip.
