Ingredients

For the Garlic Chicken Bits:

2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:

200g (7 oz) pasta (penne, fettuccine, or linguine)

1½ cups heavy cream

¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: ¼ tsp red pepper flakes, fresh parsley for garnish

Cook Pasta:

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, reserving ½ cup of pasta water.

Cook Chicken:

Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

Cook 5–7 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.

Add minced garlic in the last 1–2 minutes, sauté until fragrant. Remove chicken and set aside.

Make Creamy Parmesan Sauce:

In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic.

Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer.

Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.

Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened. Add pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.

Combine

Add cooked pasta and garlic chicken back into the pan. Toss well to coat in the sauce.

Cook 1–2 minutes more until everything is heated through.

Serve:

Garnish with chopped parsley and extra parmesan. Serve hot!
