Ingredients:

12 fresh oysters, shucked

4 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 tbsp lemon juice

½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for extra richness)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven or Grill:

Oven Method: Preheat to 450°F (230°C).

Grill Method: Preheat to medium-high heat.

2. Prepare the Garlic Sauce:

In a small bowl, olive oil garlic, parsley, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes

3. Prepare the Oysters:

Place the shucked oysters on a baking sheet or grill-safe tray with their shells facing down.

Spoon about 1 teaspoon of Garlic sauce onto each oyster.

If using, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.

4. Cook the Oysters:

Oven Method: Bake for 8-10 minutes until bubbling and slightly golden.

Grill Method: Grill for 5-7 minutes with the lid closed until the butter is sizzling.

5. Serve & Enjoy:

Remove from heat and let cool for 2 minutes

Garnish with extra fresh parsley and lemon wedges.

Serve immediately for the best flavor.
