½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

½ cup chicken broth (optional, for a thinner sauce)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

1. Pound the chicken to an even thickness (~½ inch) for even cooking.

2. Set up a breading station with 3 bowls:

Bowl 1: Flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Bowl 2: Beaten eggs.

Bowl 3: Panko breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese.

3. Dredge each chicken piece in flour, then egg, then coat in the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture, pressing to adhere.
