For the Wraps:
4 Greek-style pita breads or flatbreads
1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
1 small cucumber, sliced into sticks
1 tomato, diced (or cherry tomatoes, halved)
¼ red onion, thinly sliced
¼ cup kalamata olives, sliced
Crumbled feta cheese
For the Tahini Sauce:
3 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, grated
2–3 tbsp water

Instructions
Marinate Chicken:
In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken, coat well, and marinate at least 30 minutes (up to overnight in fridge).
Cook Chicken:
Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
