½ tsp paprika

½ tsp ground cumin

Salt & black pepper, to taste

For the feta dip:

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

½ cup Greek yogurt

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped

Black pepper, to taste

For the wraps:

4 pita breads or flatbreads

1 cup shredded lettuce or baby spinach

1 cucumber, thinly sliced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ red onion, thinly sliced

Optional: extra olives or roasted red peppers

Instructions

Marinate chicken: Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken and marinate 30 min (up to 4 hours).

Cook chicken: Grill or pan-sear chicken over medium-high until golden and cooked through (6–7 min per side). Slice into strips.

Make feta dip: In a food processor (or whisk by hand), blend feta, yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and herbs until smooth and creamy. Adjust with a splash of water or olive oil if too thick.

Assemble wraps: Warm pita breads. Spread a generous layer of feta dip, add lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, and sliced chicken.
