Ingredients

For the Turkey Filling

1 lb (450 g) ground turkey

1 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ tsp ground cumin

½ tsp paprika

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Juice of ½ lemon

For the Tzatziki Sauce

1 cup Greek yogurt

½ cucumber, grated and squeezed dry

1 clove garlic, finely grated

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp fresh dill or mint, chopped

Salt & black pepper, to taste

For the Wraps

4 large flatbreads, pitas, or tortillas

1 cup romaine lettuce or spinach

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ red onion, thinly sliced

¼ cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Turkey

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add ground turkey, garlic, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cook, breaking into small crumbles, until browned and fully cooked (about 8–10 minutes).

Squeeze in lemon juice and stir. Remove from heat.

Step 2: Make the Tzatziki Sauce

In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dill/mint, salt, and pepper.

Stir until creamy. Adjust salt and lemon to taste.

Step 3: Assemble the Wraps

Warm flatbreads or tortillas slightly.

Add a layer of lettuce, then spoon in turkey mixture.

Top with tomatoes, red onion, and feta.

Drizzle generously with tzatziki sauce.
