Greek Yogurt and Berry Parfait

Greek Yogurt and Berry Parfait

Ingredients (serves 2–3):

1½ cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

½ cup granola (your favorite variety)

1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

Prep the berries:

Wash the berries. If using strawberries, slice them into small pieces.

Layer the parfait:

In a glass or jar, add a spoonful of Greek yogurt to the bottom.

Add a layer of berries.

Sprinkle a layer of granola.

Repeat layers until the container is full, ending with a few berries and a sprinkle of granola on top.

Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.

Garnish with a mint leaf for a fresh touch.

Tips:

Use frozen berries if fresh ones aren’t available—just let them thaw first.

For added flavor, mix a bit of vanilla extract or cinnamon into the yogurt.
