Instructions
Marinate the Chicken
Slice chicken into strips for faster cooking.
In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice & zest, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes (up to 4 hours for more flavor).
Cook the Chicken
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (internal temp 74°C / 165°F).
Remove from heat and let rest 2–3 minutes.

Mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill/mint, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
Assemble the Wraps
Warm flatbreads in a dry skillet or microwave for 15–20 seconds.
Spread sauce on each bread, layer lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, and chicken strips.
Sprinkle with fresh herbs if using.
Serve
Roll up wraps, slice in half if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes & Tips
Tenderness Tip: Yogurt’s lactic acid breaks down chicken fibers for an ultra-juicy result.
Make-Ahead: You can marinate the chicken overnight for a stronger flavor.
Serving Option: Works well as a chicken salad bowl instead of a wrap — just add rice or quinoa.
Low-Carb Version: Use lettuce leaves instead of flatbread.
