3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 tbsp olive oil
3–4 tbsp milk (or cream, for richness)

Instructions
1. Prepare the Chicken
1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
2. Coat chicken evenly and marinate for 15–20 minutes.
3. Grill over medium-high heat for 5–6 minutes per side, until golden and fully cooked.
4. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
2. Roast the Brussels Sprouts
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and balsamic or honey (if using).
3. Spread on a lined baking sheet and roast for 18–20 minutes, until crispy on the edges and tender inside.
