Ingredients

Grilled Chicken

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp garlic powder

Salt & black pepper

4 cups romaine or mixed greens

2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced

1 avocado, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Honey Dijon Dressing
