‍ Instructions

1. Marinate the Chicken

1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.

2. Add the chicken and coat evenly.

3. Marinate for at least 15–20 minutes (up to 2 hours for deeper flavor).

2. Grill the Chicken

1. Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Grill chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.

3. Rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.

3. Make the Tzatziki Sauce

1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, and salt.

2. Mix well and chill until serving.

4. Prepare the Fresh Vegetables

Slice tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and lettuce.

Drizzle lightly with olive oil and a pinch of salt for extra freshness.

5. Assemble the Gyros

1. Warm pita bread lightly on a dry pan or grill.

2. Spread a generous spoonful of tzatziki sauce on each pita.

3. Add slices of grilled chicken and fresh veggies.

4. Drizzle with a bit more tzatziki and fold into a wrap.

5. Serve with a lemon wedge on the side.

Notes & Tips

For a richer flavor, add crumbled feta or pickled onions.

Use whole-wheat pita or low-carb wraps for a healthier version.

The marinated chicken can also be baked at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes.

Make extra tzatziki — it keeps for 3–4 days in the fridge and tastes even better the next day!
