Instructions
Step 1: Bake the Sweet Potatoes
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Step 2:Cook the Turkey Filling

Stir in garlic, zucchini, and bell pepper; cook another 4 minutes.
Add ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spoon.
Season with paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Stir in tomato sauce and simmer 5 minutes until thickened.
Step 3:Assemble
Slice baked sweet potatoes down the middle and gently fluff the flesh with a fork.
Spoon the turkey mixture into each sweet potato.
