Healthy breakfast bowl
Made in a jar, these nutritious overnight oats are the ideal grab-and-go breakfast. With yogurt and fruit on top, these will be a hit with the whole family.
One-bowl meal is my favourite, even for breakfast! This recipe for Breakfast Bowl is a filling and nutritious way to start any day. Despite being suitable for lunch or dinner, this dish tastes great at any time of day. Your stomach will stay full and you’ll be happy:)

Ingredients For Healthy breakfast bowl

- One third cup (125g) of rolled oats
- Two tablespoons of chia seeds
- Two tablespoons of pepitas
- 1 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
- A teaspoon of vanilla bean paste
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of nut butter (almond, etc.)
- 1-tablespoon pure maple syrup
- Two cups, or 500 ml, of almond coconut milk
- 130 g (half a cup) of organic yogurt
- 120 g of raspberries, either fresh or frozen

- Measure out a big bowl and mix together the oats, chia seeds, pepitas, cinnamon, vanilla, nut butter, maple syrup, and almond milk.
Step 2: Split the oat mixture into four bowls or jars. - Place a quarter of the yogurt and berries on top of each. Store in the refrigerator overnight with a cover on.
