2–3 tbsp water or milk (to thin)
Instructions
1. Cook the Chicken
Pat chicken breasts dry and rub with olive oil.
Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Grill on a grill pan or skillet over medium heat for 6–7 minutes per side, until cooked through and golden.
Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
2. Make the Healthy Ranch Dressing
In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, dill, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Add water or milk gradually until smooth and pourable.
