2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp lemon juice

2 tbsp toasted pine nuts

Instructions

1. Roast the Artichokes

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss artichokes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 15–20 minutes until golden at the edges.

4. Toast the Flatbread
