Ingredients

Chicken

2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp garlic powder

Spinach

4 cups fresh spinach

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

1️⃣ Season the Chicken

Slice chicken breasts horizontally or into cutlets.
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

2️⃣ Cook the Chicken

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.

3️⃣ Saute the Spinach

In the same pan add a little olive oil and minced garlic.
Cook for 30 seconds, then add spinach and saute until wilted (about 2–3 minutes).

4️⃣ Add Flavor

Drizzle lemon juice over spinach and mix well.

5️⃣ Serve

Plate the chicken with sautéed spinach on the side.
