Home-style Air Fryer Vegetable Dumplings

Make Air Fryer Dumplings. Whatever you name them—mandu, gyoza, wontons, or potstickers—you must try this dish if you own an air fryer! Dumplings that are crispy and delicious can be made by adding them frozen!

This might be the simplest and tastiest snack or dinner you’ve ever had! I adore eating mandu (dumplings), and pan-frying is probably my favourite method of preparation. The sole drawback to pan-frying is that it requires a lot of oil and time to get them extremely crispy. I just need to apply a thin layer of oil, place them inside, hit a couple of buttons, and the food is cooked using the air fryer. That is as simple as it gets. I hope you give the recipe a try!

Ingredients for the dumpling Stuffing

  1. 250 g of finely sliced Napa cabbage
  2. 70 g chopped spring onions
  3. 70g sliced carrot
  4. 50g of freshly sliced shiitake mushrooms
  5. three minced garlic cloves
  6. 3cm chopped ginger knob
  7. One teaspoon ABC Sweet Soy Sauce Kecap Manis
  8. 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  9. ¾ tablespoon sesame oil
  10. A tiny bit of pepper and a sprinkle of salt
  11. One tablespoon of cooking oil
  12. One packet of dumpling/gyoza wrappers

What’s in the Dipping Sauce

  6. two minced garlic cloves
  7. One tablespoon of finely chopped spring onions
  8. One-third teaspoon of chilli flakes
