Ingredients
Salmon
500 g salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Sesame seeds, for garnish
Sliced scallions, for garnish
Gochujang Glaze
2 tbsp gochujang paste
1½ tbsp soy sauce or tamari
1½ tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tsp grated garlic
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Make the Glaze
Whisk gochujang, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and olive oil until smooth.
Season the Salmon
Pat salmon dry and lightly season with salt and pepper.
Marinate (Optional)
Brush salmon generously with glaze.
Marinate for 10–20 minutes for deeper flavor.
Air Fry
Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
Place salmon in basket (skin-side down if using).
Air fry for 8–10 minutes, until caramelized and flaky.
Finish & Serve
Brush with extra glaze, sprinkle sesame seeds and scallions.
Serve immediately.

Milder version: Use 1 tbsp gochujang + 1 tbsp Greek yogurt or ketchup.
