Layered Fruit Trifle

Ingredients:

1 cup strawberries, sliced

1 cup mango, diced

2 kiwis, peeled and sliced

1/2 cup raspberries

2cups vanilla pudding or custard

1 cup whipped cream

1 sponge cake or ladyfingers, cut into cubes

1 tbsp honey or simple syrup (optional for sweetness)

Frsh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

Prepare ingredients — Wash, peel, and slice all fruits.

Layer the base — In a large trifle bowl, add a layer of sponge cake or ladyfingers. Drizzle lightly with honey or syrup.

 

Add custard — Spoon a layer of vanilla pudding over the cake.

 

Add fruits — Arrange colorful fruits (kiwi, mango, strawberries, raspberries) in even layers.

 

Repeat — Continue layering cake, pudding, and fruits until the bowl is full.

 

Finish & chill — Top with whipped cream and fresh fruits. Chill fo

r at least 1 hour before serving.
