  • 2–3 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)
  • 2 tbsp butter

  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

 Instructions

1. Season Salmon

  • Pat salmon dry
  • Season with salt, pepper, and paprika

2. Sear Salmon

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat
  2. Place salmon skin-side down
  3. Cook for 4–5 minutes until crispy
  4. Flip and cook another 2–3 minutes
  5. Remove and set aside

3. Make Lemon Butter Sauce

  1. In the same pan, add butter
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds
  3. Pour in lemon juice
  4. Stir and let it slightly thicken

4. Combine

  • Return salmon to pan
  • Spoon sauce over the top
  • Cook 1–2 minutes to coat

5. Garnish & Serve

  • Sprinkle parsley
  • Add lemon slices
  • Serve immediately
