200 g tortilla chips
200 g halloumi cheese, sliced or cubed
1 tbsp olive oil
Veggie Toppings
½ cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
½ cup sweet corn
½ red onion, finely sliced
1 small jalapeno, sliced
½ cup black beans or kidney beans
Cheese & Sauces
½ cup grated mozzarella or cheddar
¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
¼ cup guacamole or sliced avocado

Instructions
1️⃣ Cook Halloumi
Heat olive oil in a pan
Grill halloumi 2–3 minutes per side until golden
Sprinkle with smoked paprika and chili flakes

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
Spread tortilla chips on a baking tray
Scatter halloumi, beans, corn, onion, and tomatoes
Sprinkle grated cheese on top
