Ingredients

1 tablespoon mustard (yellow or Dijon)

3 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Bacon & Beef
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2: Make the Sauce
