Ingredients
Salad Base
2 cups mixed greens (spinach, arugula, romaine)
1 smoked chicken breast, sliced or shredded (~150 g)
1 ripe mango, diced
½ avocado, diced
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ cup cucumber, diced
Dressing
1½ tbsp olive oil
Juice of ½ lime
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
Salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions
1️⃣ Prep Ingredients
Dice mango and avocado. Slice smoked chicken.
Wash and prepare greens and other vegetables.
2️⃣ Make Dressing
Whisk olive oil, lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Assemble Salad
In a large bowl, combine greens, chicken, mango, avocado, tomatoes, and cucumber.
Drizzle dressing and toss gently.
