Ingredients

3 cups red cabbage, thinly sliced

2 cups green cabbage, thinly sliced

1 ripe mango, peeled and julienned or diced

½ cup carrot, shredded

¼ cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced (optional)

¼ cup cilantro, chopped

1 small jalapeno, finely diced (optional, for spice)

¼ cup green onions, chopped (optional)

For the Dressing:

3 tablespoons lime juice (freshly squeezed)

2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

¼ teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Ingredients:

Thinly slice red and green cabbage using a sharp knife or mandoline.

Cut the mango into thin strips or small cubes.

Shred the carrots and thinly slice the red bell pepper (if using).

Finely chop the cilantro, jalapeno, and green onions.

2. Make the Dressing:

In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes.

3. Toss the Slaw:

In a large mixing bowl, combine cabbage, mango, carrot, bell pepper, cilantro, jalapeno, and green onions.

Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss well to coat evenly.
