In a large bowl, gently toss oranges, mango, olives, and onion with the marinade. Let sit in the fridge for 20–30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Notes & Tips

Use blood oranges when in season for extra color.

Feta cheese crumbles pair well if you want a richer salad.

For more crunch, add toasted pistachios or almonds before serving.

If mango is unavailable, peaches or nectarines are great substitutes.

❓ frequently asked questions FAQ

Q: How long can I store this salad?

Best enjoyed fresh, but can be refrigerated for up to 1 day. The oranges release juice over time, so drain lightly before serving again.

Q: Can I use green olives instead of Kalamata?

Yes! Castelvetrano olives add a buttery, mild flavor, while green olives add more tang.

Q: Is this salad sweet or savory?

It’s a balanced mix—sweet fruit, salty olives, citrusy tang, and fresh herbs.
