Salt & black pepper
Red Tomato & Pepper Sauce
2 medium red bell peppers
3 medium tomatoes, roughly chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp red wine vinegar or lemon juice

1️⃣ Roast Red Peppers & Tomatoes
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)
