4 large eggs

1 cup whole milk or half-and-half

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

1. In a bowl, mix flour and salt.

2. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

1. Spread cooked leeks evenly over the pre-baked crust.

2. Sprinkle chopped sun-dried tomatoes on top.

3. Dot with crumbled goat cheese.

4. Pour egg mixture over the filling.

Step 4: Bake

1. Bake at 180°C (350 F) for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set and top is lightly golden.
