Mediterranean Oat Hand Pies
These Oat Hand Pies are inspired by rustic Mediterranean village pastries. A tender oat–olive oil dough wraps around a softly spiced apple-carrot filling that sweetens naturally as it bakes. No yogurt, no heavy butter, no frosting — just wholesome oats, fruit, olive oil, and warm citrus aroma. Crisp outside, soft inside.
