1 cup cooked or canned salmon (flaked)
1 can tuna (drained)
1 egg
¼ cup breadcrumbs (or oat flour)
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp dried oregano
¼ tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

2 tbsp crumbled Feta Cheese
1 tbsp capers or olives
pinch chili flakes
Yogurt Sauce (Optional)
½ cup Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil

Instructions
1. Prepare the Mixture
In a bowl combine:
salmon
tuna
egg
breadcrumbs
parsley
onion
garlic
lemon juice
oregano and paprika
salt and pepper
Mix until well combined.
2. Shape Patties
Form into small patties (about 2–3 inches wide).
If mixture is too soft, add a little more breadcrumbs.
3. Cook the Patties
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
4. Make the Sauce (Optional)
Mix yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
5. Serve
Serve patties warm with yogurt sauce and a squeeze of lemon.
