Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Chicken

Toss chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Cook in a hot pan or grill over medium heat 6–8 minutes, until golden and fully cooked.

Rest briefly, then slice.

2️⃣ Make the Dill Feta Sauce

Blend or mash feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.

Adjust thickness with a splash of water if needed.

3️⃣ Warm the Pitas

Heat pitas lightly on a pan or in the oven until soft and pliable.

4️⃣ Assemble the Pitas

Spread dill feta sauce inside each pita.

Add chicken slices.

Top with cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes, and onion.

Finish with an extra drizzle of sauce.

Tips for Best Flavor

Chicken thighs stay extra juicy, but breasts work great too.

Don’t overfill the pita—easier to wrap and eat.

Add olives or roasted red peppers for extra Mediterranean flair.
