Ingredients

Shrimp

250 g (8–10) medium shrimp, peeled & deveined

1 tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp dried oregano

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Pita & Veggies

2 whole wheat pita pockets

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cucumber, diced

1 cup mixed greens or arugula

¼ red onion, thinly sliced

Creamy Dill Feta Sauce

½ cup crumbled feta

2–3 tbsp Greek yogurt

1 tsp fresh dill, chopped

1 tsp lemon juice

Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Feta Sauce

Mix feta, Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until creamy.

Set aside.

2️⃣ Cook the Shrimp

Toss shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Saute over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.

3️⃣ Assemble the Pita

Warm pita pockets slightly.

Spread a generous layer of creamy dill feta inside.

Add greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.

Top with spiced shrimp.

4️⃣ Serve
