No frying, no spice—just clean Mediterranean flavor.

Ingredients

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

½ cup shredded mozzarella

½ cup spinach, very finely chopped (fresh or thawed frozen, squeezed dry)

1 tbsp olive oil

¼ tsp dried oregano

¼ tsp black pepper

Optional: sesame seeds or nigella seeds for topping

Instructions

1. Preheat

Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
