Ingredients:
For the Base:
1 large flatbread, naan, or 12-inch pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)
1–2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 lb (450g) ground beef, lamb, turkey, or chicken
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp coriander
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: pinch of cinnamon or sumac for depth
Optional: 1 tbsp tomato paste or a splash of lemon juice
Toppings:
½ cup hummus or tzatziki (for base or drizzle)
1 cup chopped romaine or arugula
1 small cucumber, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

2 tbsp chopped kalamata olives or pickled jalapenos (optional)
2 tbsp fresh parsley or mint, chopped

Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven:
Preheat to 425°F (220°C). Place flatbread or crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
2. Cook the Meat:
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium.
Add onion and garlic; sauté 2–3 minutes.
Add ground meat and cook until browned.
Stir in cumin, paprika, coriander, salt, pepper, and optional spices. Cook for another 2–3 minutes.
3. Build the Pizza Base:
Brush flatbread with olive oil.
Optional: Spread hummus or tzatziki as a base layer, or reserve it for drizzle.
Spoon the cooked taco meat evenly over the crust.
4. Bake:
Bake for 8–10 minutes until crust is crispy and meat is heated through.
5. Top and Finish:
Remove from oven. Let cool slightly, then top with romaine, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, olives, feta, and fresh herbs.
Drizzle with remaining hummus or tzatziki, or squeeze fresh lemon juice on top.
6. Slice and Serve:
Cut into wedges and enjoy warm or at room temperature
