A creamy, layered dessert made with Greek yogurt, fresh berries, a drizzle of honey, and crunchy pistachios. This no-bake Mediterranean dessert is light, refreshing, and naturally sweet, perfect for a healthy treat after a meal or as a snack.

Ingredients:

1 cup Greek yogurt (unsweetened)

1–2 tsp honey (or more to taste)

1/2 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

2 tbsp chopped pistachios

1 tsp orange zest

1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare Yogurt Layer:

In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey and orange zest until smooth.

2. Assemble Parfait:

In small glasses or bowls, layer 2–3 tbsp of yogurt at the bottom.

Add a layer of berries, then a layer of yogurt.

Repeat until the glass is filled.

3. Top & Garnish:

Sprinkle with chopped pistachios, a few berries, a light dusting of cinnamon (optional), and a drizzle of honey.

4. Serve:

Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes for a refreshing dessert.

Tips & Notes:

Swap pistachios with almonds or walnuts for variety.

Add a layer of crushed phyllo or granola for extra crunch.

You can drizzle a tiny bit of orange blossom water for authentic Mediterranean aroma
