Growing up, my grandmother would always make fudge during the holidays, but she would add her own unique twist each year. One year it was butterscotch, the next it was peanut butter, and eventually, she started incorporating malted milk balls into the mix. Malted Chocolate Ball Fudge Recipe
– 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounce)
– 28 ounces of milk chocolate
– 1 bag of malted chocolate balls like Whoppers or Maltesers
– 1-2 shot glasses (1 ounce) of Bailey’s Irish cream
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. Dump chocolate, condensed milk, and vanilla extra into the slow cooker.
2. Cook on high for 1 hour. Stir every 15 mins or so.
3. Once the texture is thick, add Bailey’s.
3. Line a baking tin with parchment paper.
4. Put malted chocolate balls on top in whatever pattern pleases you.
Optional: If you want to be fancy, use a spoon to drizzle some of the chocolate mixture over the balls for more of a pattern.
