Oven-Baked Garlic Butter Shrimp (Ready in 15 Minutes!)
Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) shrimp, peeled and deveined (fresh or frozen, thawed)
3 tablespoons butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
Prepare the sauce:
In a bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice.
Add the shrimp:
Place the peeled and deveined shrimp in the baking dish. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the shrimp and toss gently to coat evenly.
Bake:
Spread the shrimp in a single layer and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
Garnish and serve:
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
