1 tsp smoked paprika (optional, for depth)
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp dried oregano (or thyme)
½ tsp black pepper

¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for a spicy kick)
¼ cup grated Parmesan (optional, for a cheesy finish)
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
1. Prep the Cabbage
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Remove any tough outer leaves from the cabbage.

2. (Optional) In the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle Parmesan over the cabbage for a cheesy crust.
4. Serve & Garnish
1. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
2. Serve warm with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice for extra brightness.
