Salt & black pepper to taste

3 tbsp honey

1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (or ½ tsp dried thyme)

1 tsp balsamic vinegar (optional, for depth of flavor)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crostini

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Arrange baguette slices a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.

3. Toast for 8-10 minutes until golden and crisp.
