Ingredients
1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
1 cup mixed salad greens (arugula, spinach, or romaine)
¼ cup roasted walnuts
¼ cup pitted olives (Kalamata or green), halved
1–2 tbsp crumbled feta or goat cheese (optional)
For the Dressing:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar or lemon juice

Instructions
