Ingredients:

1 ball burrata cheese

2 ripe pears, sliced

¼ cup toasted walnuts, roughly chopped

2 bsp honey

1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (optional)

Mixed greens or arugula for serving

Crusty bread or crackers (optional)

Directions:

Arrange mixed greens or arugula on a serving platter.

Place the burrata ball in the center of the platter.

Arrange pear slices around the burrata.

 

Sprinkle toasted walnuts over the pears and burrata.

 

Drizzle honey over the entire platter.

 

Garnish with fresh thyme leaves if desired.

 

Serve immediately with crusty bread or crackers on the side.
