Quick n Easy Parmesan Meatloaf Recipe

This is a unique recipe for a Cheese Stuffed Chicken and Parmesan Meatloaf. It is a healthier version of Meatloaf that is savory and delicious

It is filling and can be served with a number of items such as Potatoes and Gravy, Rice, or noodles. It is a family-friendly, Kid approved recipe which will prevent any leftovers. All I can say is this dish is a winner!!

When you take one of your favorite meals and turn it into a meatloaf, you are amazing! This Parmesan Meatloaf has all the flavor of Chicken Parmesan but turned into a kid-friendly meal.

Of course, with this recipe, we use a combination of meat to give it even more flavor. It is a powerhouse of great taste in each bite.

Variations:

This recipe is customizable for your family. You can use the seasoning that works best for your group. You could use all Chicken or add pork instead of beef. If marinara is not an option, use spaghetti sauce. They are almost identical.

INGREDIENTS:

⭐1 lb. Ground beef

⭐1 lb. Ground turkey

⭐1 ½ tsp. Italian seasoning

⭐2 tsp. Minced garlic

⭐¼ C. Bread crumbs

⭐2 Large eggs

⭐1 C. Onion chopped

⭐½ C. Grated parmesan cheese

⭐½ C. Marinara sauce

⭐½ C. Shredded mozzarella

⭐Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

⭐Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

⭐In a mixing bowl, combine the meat, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, bread crumbs, eggs, onion, grated parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste.

⭐Knead with your hands until the mixture is well combined.

⭐Form the meat mixture into a loaf, and put it into a loaf pan.

⭐Top the meatloaf with the marinara sauce, and bake for 50 minutes.

⭐Remove the meatloaf, top with the remaining cheese, and bake for 10 minutes longer.
