200 g spaghetti or linguine
2 salmon fillets (skin removed)
2 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
10 cherry tomatoes, halved
½ tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
Juice of ½ lemon

1️⃣ Cook Pasta
1. Boil salted water, cook pasta al dente.
2. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, drain the rest.
2️⃣ Cook Salmon
1. Season salmon with salt, pepper, and a pinch of smoked paprika.
2. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan, cook salmon 2–3 min per side until just cooked.
3. Remove and flake into large pieces.
3️⃣ Make the Sauce
1. In the same pan, add remaining olive oil and garlic.
2. Sauté 1 min until fragrant.
3. Add red bell pepper and cherry tomatoes. Cook 3–4 min until softened.
4. Add smoked paprika, chili flakes, and reserved pasta water (2–3 tbsp).
5. Toss cooked pasta into pan with vegetables.
4️⃣ Combine
1. Gently fold salmon into pasta.
2. Squeeze lemon juice, adjust salt & pepper.
3. Sprinkle parsley and parmesan if desired.
