Instructions

Roast Garlic

Slice the top off a garlic bulb, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil.

Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 30–35 minutes until soft and golden.

Squeeze cloves out and mash into a paste.

Prepare Flatbread

Place flatbreads on a baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil.

Spread Garlic Paste

Mix roasted garlic paste with parsley, basil/oregano, salt, and pepper.

Spread evenly over the flatbread.

Add Cheese

Sprinkle Parmesan generously over the top.

Bake

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes until edges are crisp and cheese melts.

Serve

Slice into wedges, drizzle with extra olive oil if desired, and enjoy warm.

Tips

Add a sprinkle of mozzarella if you want a gooey-cheese version.

For extra Mediterranean flair, top with sun-dried tomatoes or olives before baking.

Leftovers reheat beautifully in an air fryer for 2–3 minutes.
