Ingredients:

Instructions:

1. Roast the Garlic (20 minutes):

Preheat oven or air fryer to 200°C (400°F).

Cut the top off the garlic bulb to expose the cloves. Drizzle with olive oil and a pinch of salt.

Wrap in foil and roast for 20 minutes, or until cloves are soft and golden.

Let cool slightly, then squeeze out the roasted cloves into a bowl and mash.

2. Prep the Filling (5 minutes):

In a bowl, mix mashed avocado, roasted garlic, a splash of lime juice, salt, and pepper.

Stir until creamy and well combined. Optionally mix in chili flakes or herbs.
