Ingredients

Vegetables:

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup mushrooms (sliced)

1 cup sweet corn (fresh or frozen)

½ cup baby corn (sliced lengthwise)

½ cup carrots (julienned)

½ cup bell peppers (green, orange, and red, sliced)

Sauce:

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tsp garlic (minced)

1 tsp ginger (grated)

1 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 2 tbsp water

Other:

2 tbsp Olive oil

Salt and black pepper (to taste)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

2. Blanch Broccoli

Bring a pot of water to boil. Add broccoli florets and blanch for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.

3. Make the Sauce

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch mixture. Set aside.

4. Heat the Pan

Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
