SAVORY MUSHROOM BEEF CASSEROLE That sounds really tasty! Usually baked to perfection, a savoury mushroom beef casserole consists of tender meat, delicious mushrooms, and a creamy sauce.

THE LIST OF INGREDIENTS:

  • 1.5 pounds of lean beef, sliced into small pieces.
  • Two cups of freshly sliced mushrooms.
  • One large onion, cut coarsely.
  • Three minced garlic cloves.
  • One cup of beef stock.
  • One cup of rich cream.
  • Two tablespoons of all-purpose flour.
  • Two tablespoons olive oil.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE RECIPE:

  • Preheat your oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) before you start.
