Instructions
1. Make the Dough:
Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit 5–10 minutes until foamy.
In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Add yeast mix and olive oil.

Cover and let rise for 1 hour until doubled.
2. Cook the Seafood:
In a skillet, heat olive oil. Add garlic, then shrimp, calamari, and crab.
Cook for 2–3 minutes until just done.
Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, and parsley. Set aside.
3. Preheat & Roll:
Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
Roll out dough on a floured surface into 2 pizza bases.
