Ingredients 

For the Shrimp

250–300g shrimp, cleaned

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp paprika (optional for mild spice)

Salt & black pepper to taste

1 tsp lemon juice

For the Spicy Mayo Sauce

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1–2 tsp sriracha or hot sauce (adjust to your spice level)

½ tsp honey

½ tsp lemon juice

(Use very little sriracha if you prefer non-spicy.)

For the Bowl

1 cup cooked rice (white, brown, or jasmine)

1 ripe avocado, sliced

6–8 asparagus spears, chopped

1 tbsp olive oil (for sautéing)

Instructions

1. Cook the Shrimp

1. Pat shrimp dry and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

2. Heat olive oil in a pan.

3. Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.

4. Remove from heat.

2. Prepare the Asparagus

1. In the same pan, add a little olive oil.

2. Add chopped asparagus and sauté for 3–4 minutes until tender but crisp.

3. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

3. Make the Spicy Mayo

1. Mix mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, and lemon juice in a small bowl.

2. Adjust heat to your taste.

4. Assemble the Bowl

Add a base of warm rice.

Top with asparagus, shrimp, and avocado slices.

Drizzle spicy mayo over the bowl.

Tips

Add cucumbers or edamame for extra crunch.

Replace shrimp with chicken or tofu if needed.

Use Greek yogurt instead of mayo for a lighter sauce.
