½ cup crumbled feta cheese

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp fresh dill

1 garlic clove

Juice of ½ lemon

Black pepper to taste

Instructions

Marinate the chicken:

In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, garlic, olive oil, paprika, cumin, cayenne, chili flakes, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

Coat chicken thoroughly, cover, and marinate in the fridge for 1–2 hours (or overnight for deeper flavor).

Roast the potatoes:

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Spread on a baking sheet, cut side down, and roast for 30–35 minutes, flipping once, until golden and crispy.

Cook the chicken:

Heat a grill pan, skillet, or bake at 200°C (400°F).

Grill/cook chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until charred outside and cooked through (internal temp 75°C / 165°F).

Make dill–feta cream:

Blend or whisk together yogurt, feta, olive oil, dill, garlic, lemon juice, and black pepper until smooth and creamy. Chill until serving.

Assemble & serve:

Plate chicken with crispy potatoes on the side.

Drizzle or dollop generously with dill–feta cream.
